Timely Tab Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Timely Tab browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Timely Tab is a typing practice extension that offers various game modes to help users improve their typing speed and accuracy. The Service includes features such as:

• Multiple typing modes (letters, words, sentences, code)
• Performance tracking
• Leaderboards
• AI-generated content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code or interfere with its functioning
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service
• Use automated methods to access or interact with the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the leaderboards to display inappropriate content or usernames

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all associated content, features, and functionality, is owned by Timely Tab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 User Content

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you create while using the Service. By submitting content to the Service (such as usernames appearing on leaderboards), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Timely Tab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Timely Tab regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
